FAST standard JC series hydraulic cylinders have been developed after years of experience in baler industry, and FAST has standardized cylinder structure, components, seals, material and processing technique, etc. Perfect appearance, reliable quality and long service life are main features of FAST hydraulic cylinders, and PPM of the cylinders is less than 5000.

● We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
● Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.

●Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.

●During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.

The products are fully protected by metal shelves, wood boxes and plastic fillers.

Our products are mainly used in following industries like car lift, agricultural machines and environmental vehicles. With high quality products and considerate after-sales service, we have established a well-known reputation.

A4: It usually takes 20-30 days to process. We don't have stock.

A5: 5000 PPM. We do 100% inspection before delivery.
